Artista, is a web and mobile job platform for creative professionals like artists, models, and designers. Users can showcase portfolios, apply for jobs, and connect with agencies. It also features community building, forums, and direct messaging for networking. Artista's intuitive design ensures a seamless experience, with advanced search filters and highlighted top-rated profiles for easy discovery. The platform aims to be the premier destination for creative talents and hiring agencies.
DESIGN
Usability and Accessibility: Good design considers the needs and preferences of users, ensuring that the website is easy to navigate and understand. Intuitive navigation, clear hierarchy, and logical organization of content enhance usability and accessibility, allowing users to find what they are looking for quickly and easily
For the artists
Through user interviews and behavior analysis, we identified common pain points creatives face when looking for opportunities—lack of personalization, scattered job listings, and limited visibility. The following features were designed to address these challenges and offer a seamless, empowering job search experience on Artista.
For the recruiters
Recruiting agencies often struggle with unorganized applications, irrelevant talent pools, and time-consuming communication. Based on interviews with agency recruiters and workflow analysis, we designed the following features on Artista to simplify hiring—making it easier to post jobs, manage applicants, and connect with top creative talent through a focused, efficient experience.
