About Sportvince

Sportvince is a smart and seamless turf booking app designed for players and turf owners. Players can easily find, book, and enjoy sports turfs with features like location-based search, amenities check, and refreshment pre-orders. Turf owners can list and manage their turfs, slots, and even run a refreshment store. With the Sportvince Wallet & Coins system, users earn rewards and get discounts, making the experience both engaging and rewarding.

The process

UX process begins with stakeholder research to understand business goals and user needs, followed by user research where I create personas and identify key pain points. Once I define the core problems, I structure a clear information architecture to streamline navigation and user flows. Finally, I design wireframes, iterate based on feedback, and refine the experience before moving to high-fidelity designs.

Market Gap & compitetor Analysys

During our market research, we identified a significant gap in user satisfaction across existing turf booking platforms—68% of users reported frustration due to slow booking flows, lack of discounts, and outdated interfaces. Additionally, 74% of turf owners expressed difficulty in managing slots, promotions, and customer engagement. Despite a growing turf booking demand in urban areas, most platforms fail to offer a complete ecosystem that includes gamified loyalty, CRM tools, and refreshment management. This presents a clear opportunity for a solution that bridges these gaps, which we explore further in the competitor analysis section.

Foundation for Design Execution

In conclusion, the UX research phase provided valuable insights into user behavior, pain points, and business needs from both player and turf owner perspectives. Using these findings, I crafted a well-structured information architecture and mapped out the complete user journey. This was followed by developing low-fidelity wireframes to visualize core functionalities and ensure intuitive navigation. Basic usability testing was conducted to validate early design decisions, identify friction points, and iterate accordingly. This foundational process set the stage for a more refined, user-centric product design.

Branding

Sportvince’s brand identity reflects energy and motion through a bold “S” symbol, neon green and black theme, and clean typography. A structured design system was created to ensure consistency across both user and turf owner apps, covering components, icons, and UI behaviors for a seamless experience.

User Interface

Sportvince features a clean, modern, and sporty UI designed for a seamless booking experience. Users can find and book turfs instantly, explore location-based recommendations, and check amenities or pre-order refreshments. The Sportvince Wallet & Coins system lets players earn, redeem, and save on bookings. The neon sporty green and black theme enhances the energetic and engaging feel, making every interaction smooth and dynamic.

Turf Owner Interface

Designed for seamless turf management and business growth. Owners can list their turfs, set availability, manage slots, track bookings and earnings, and even run their own refreshment store to offer snacks and drinks to players. The intuitive dashboard provides a clear overview of turf performance, while location-based visibility helps attract more bookings. With the Sportvince Wallet & Coins system, transactions are smooth, and players enjoy exclusive benefits.
